SME GoDigital Grant has recently been upgraded to provide more incentive for SME to adopt and go Digital.
First, we have the productivity solutions grant which was announced in budget 2017, Moneyworks got its first pre-approved status in Feb 2019 for up to 70%. Due to Covid-19 situation, the grant has been uplifted to cover up to 80% of the qualifying cost in March 2020.
Second, when an SME apply for PSG for example Moneyworks project, they would be eligible to explore Skillsfuture Enterprise Credit and receive a one-off $10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiative.
Third with Moneyworks E-invoice capability, SME is also eligible to apply for nationwide e-invoice initiative and get a one-time $200 when any SMEs register for e-invoice network. Forth, if you are either retail or food and beverage industry, you can explore the eligibility of Digital Resilience Bonus which you stand to benefit additional $10,000 bonus.
With 1 digital adoption, there is about 4 different grants to explore. We can be sure our government are more than 100% committed to digitising our businesses. Therefore we have to consider this transformation seriously.
