SMESUITE Business Application

SMESuite business application is the only business suite SME would need. Especially the business-to-business model including trading and those which requires to do quotation. SMESUITE consist of 2 main module:  CRM and HR.

CRM consist Quotation system that allow sales person to do quotation, job scheduling for team members, service forms, task allocation, simple inventory as well as contract management. Quotation will send direct as an email content to customer, with ability to create multiple contact cards within one customer. Customer will be provided with a link on the quotation with ability to cancel some line items which they do not require before printing out for confirmation signatory.

For job scheduling, you can access company-wide scheduling with a glance of all the day’s task in one view. The address with google icon would open up your google navigator map if you are using mobile device. Service team can create service report with mobile devices to update what service has been carried out. 

HR consist of Payroll, Leave, Claims and Appraisal. Payroll provides basic calculation of CPF amount, allow downloading of CPF file for online submission. Employee can apply for Leave via an online portal, check on staff movement chart to ensure they are not cross-path with colleague’s leave as well as applying for medical leave. Claims module allow claims processing with attachment of documents for claims.
